LATE MR.SIDDHARTH JASUBHAI

Graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where he completed both Bachelors and Masters. Since graduation, worked with M/s. Fruin Colon Contracting Company as a Design Engineer for heavy construction division in U.S.A. Worked on Tunnels, Bridges, Lock Gates, Dams & Hydro Electric Power Plant, Multi Storeyed Building (Housing) Complex, Power Plants & Cement Plants.

Started the firm “SIJCON” in 1961, & worked on Designs & supervision by way of rendering consultancy services of Chemical Plants, Spinning Mills, Sugar Factories, Housing Complexes, Theatres, Commercial Buildings, etc. Obtained Diploma in Architecture in 1969 from the Incorporated Association of Architects & Surveyors, London for the necessary qualification to practice in MAURITIUS, EAST AFRICA.

Carried out Projects since 1967 in MAURITIUS, EAST AFRICA, SRILANKA, AFGHANISTAN, INDONESIA & THAILAND. He is a World Bank approved Consultant for Sugar Plants.

LATE HARINAXI S. JASUBHAI

On passing of Intermediate from Sophia College , Bombay , she went to Language School in LAUSANNE ( Switzerland ). After completing the Language Course & along With the Language Course, she took course in Interior Designs and Architecture & went to London Polytechnic. She obtained her Diploma in Architecture. On returning back to India , she practiced as an Interior decorator in Bombay .

She joined SIJCON in 1967 & handled Housing Projects. Since 1967, she has been looking after the management & head the architectural section of the office. She has handled projects of SIJCON, since 1967 as a Partner & Director.

VIRAL JASUBHAI

M.S., M.B.A. (U.S.A.) , A.M.I.E

Mr. Jasubhai has done his Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabad, India. Subsequently he went to U.S.A., where he obtained his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and his Masters in System Engineering from Texas Technological University. The major areas of concentration have been Management Information System, Computer Aided Engineering and Design, Environmental Engineering and System Analysis and Design.

Work experience includes two part-time site supervision and design assignments, one summer assignment for the National Science Foundation and Teaching Assistant for the Computer Course of the Dept. of Civil Engineering. Three and half month assignment on behalf of Barclays Bank, N.A., for Designing the Information System for their Pittsburgh Branch, 14 months full time job for Raymond Keyes Associates as an Engineer for implementing their CADD System. Four months part-time assistant at Anudata System Inc. as their sales and software assistant.

He joined SIJCON in 1988 & has handled all types of Projects especially Spinning Mills, Sugar Factories, Electronics, Engineering Projects, Wind Mill Projects and Other Interior works.

MS.MONEESHA JASUBHAI

B.Com., Dip. in Project Mgmt. & Dip. in Hotel Mgmt. (Switzerland)

Ms. Moneesha Jasubhai has completed her B.Com from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad, in 1988. Subsequently she went to Switzerland to complete her Diploma in Hotel Management. Further she has also completed her Diploma in Project Management studies.

After completing her Hotel Management course in Switzerland, she started working with Sijcon in 1993 as a Human Resource and Planning Manager. She has supervised and coordinated the activities of the employees. She is also involved in preparation of annual estimates of expenses, budget and inventory control for the various construction sites. Since 2004 she has promoted as Director of the company. Her other responsibilities have been to oversee the planning and management of the day to day activities of the company, the employees and its finances. Deployment of manpower on various sites and day to day monitoring of the site activities. She plays a major role in making sure invoices and payments are made on time and cash flow is maintained.
